Really. Packing your (study) room only needs 3 steps:
- Sort out what you want and what you don’t want.
see the vague outlines of a basket? There’s where all my ‘want’ stuff goes. The unwanted stuff just goes directly on the floor. Convenience, that’s why.
- There will be papers. The papers will come at you. The papers will not stop coming. Fight the papers. Sort out which to recycle and which not to.
Occasionally they’ll be fond memories to distract you.
A really fond memory of how a friend diligently made a birthday out of cardboard…and spelled my name wrong. “you like it?” ..” Errrr..yeah..it looks…SWELL! *eyes twitching*”
Random art pieces you’ve hoarded over the years.
Sentimental moments with a small box of things you mag pie-ed before you realize you’ve wasted too much time.
- Figure out where you want to store what. This took way too long for me…Mostly because my shelve is falling apart. But lo and behold:
Tadaaa..and that’s it. Save the slightly visible box of stuff I can’t figure out what to do with.
I have a magical skill called Spurts Of Persistence…otherwise I just spend most of my time potating.
Anyway, I’m done with Miss Peregrine and her book full of peculiar children and nearly nothing of her… I really wonder why it isn’t called Jacob and his Peculiar Friends, or Hollow Slayer Smooth Player. HAH.
AOTD: My old artwork.
It’s nearly 1am. Cheers to my health. Bless my obsession. ✌out!
